We:Fleet

We: fleet is the name of an application designed in cooperation with HAWK (university of applied science and art Hildesheim) in course with nine participants. It is a new concept for Volkswagen’s digital after sale.
Three phases of the process includes research, ideation and definition of the concept. The result of this project is “Volkswagen Fleet” a subsidiary of the group and offers new possibilities in the context of the entire mobility.
The fleet operator makes it possible to provide companies, property owners and local authorities with individual vehicles tailored to their needs. The vehicles are fully insured and are based on the latest standards.
Defining the personas and developing the scenarios enabled the team to develop the story further. This fleet can not only be used as car sharing and consumer support, but could also result in advantages and added value for several groups.
